Large elegant glazed terracotta figure of court attendant, dating to the Tang dynasty 618-907 AD. This stately figure is dressed in a long gown, hands folded in front and covered by floor length sleeves. Expressive face surmounted by headpiece or hairdo. Stunning piece still displays lovely glazed finish over most of piece.
