Authentic Pre-Columbian seated hunchback figure from Colima Culture of ancient Mexico. This unique artifact dates from the Protoclassic period circa 100B.C.-A.D.250 and is overall reddish-orange color. Seated figure has large Hunchback (hunchbacks were looked at as having special mystical powers in Ancient Mexico) and horned head ornament. Decorated with earing also shows deeply incised eyes and large pronounced nose. Very fine condition with no repairs chips or breaks approx 3 1/4 inches tall. A truly unique artifact.
